Prof. Dr. Anne-Katrin Neyer
Anne-Katrin Neyer is one of the academic directors at the Center for Leading Innovation and Cooperation (CLIC) at HHL – Leipzig Graduate School of Management. She is also a full-professor of Human Resources Management and Business Governance at the Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (Germany) where she directs the master program “Human Resources Management”. The focus of her work lies in the impact of digitalization on the future of work. By analyzing the linkages of AI and HRM Anne-Katrin develops and implements people-oriented strategies for ongoing transformation in organizations. Another focal point of her studies is the role of HRM as a value driver for the design and implementation of new (digital) business models.
Before becoming a full-professor at MLU Halle-Wittenberg, Anne-Katrin was head of the research group „Strategy and Organisation“ at Fraunhofer IMW in Leipzig. Prior to that, she spent several years as a lecturer and visiting researcher at different institutions. She has received her Habilitation from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, where she worked as an assistant professor at the Chair of Information System I – Innovation & Value Creation. During her time as a postdoctoral research fellow at the UK’s Advanced Institute of Management Research at the London Business School, her research focused on purposeful multinational and virtual cooperation. Anne-Katrin holds a Ph.D. from the WU- Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.
