CLIC is pleased to welcome a new team member. In December 2018, Prof. Dr. Anne-Katrin Neyer has joined the Academic Directorate and is now supporting the competence center with her expertise.
Born in Austria, she has been professor of Human Resources Management and Business Governance at the Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg since 2014. After completing her doctorate at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, she worked as a researcher and lecturer in Vienna, London and Erlangen-Nuremberg where she gained her postdoctoral habilitation on the subject “Management of social interactions”. Prof. Dr. Neyer is doing research at the interface of IT and organizational management, on topics of cooperation, organizational transformation and innovative HR work. Her current research focus lies in the interplay of artificial intelligence and HR.
“With her expertise and the research claim to interlink science and practice even more closely, she ideally matches CLIC’s strategic focus,” said Dr. Claudia Lehmann, Executive Director. Prof. Dr. Kathrin Möslein, who is part of the Academic Directorate herself, expressed her delight with the news: “Anne-Katrin Neyer is a brilliant choice. I am convinced that with her curiosity, innovative capacity and the claim to shape innovations she will sustainably enrich our organization,” she said.
